C&K installed the Electrics to Boiler Heating Systems for Cloch Housing Association
Campbell & Kennedy was appointed by Wates to install the electrics for replacement boiler heating systems to numerous residential properties in Greenock on behalf of Cloch Housing Association.
Cloch Housing Association was looking to replace old heating systems to ensure fully functional boilers were in place to meet the heating requirements of residents and help reduce monthly bills.
The works included wiring the new boilers, thermostats and programmers, allowing residents to be fully in control of their new heating system. With the ability to easily set desired temperatures and program the boiler to operate at key times, residents can monitor their usage and help reduce their monthly bills.
Campbell & Kennedy also installed CO2 detectors which safeguard residents from carbon monoxide poisoning and ensures Cloch Housing’s properties meet health & safety standards.
Campbell & Kennedy completed the job on-time and on-spec with minimum disruption to tenants, satisfying both the needs of the client and the main contractor.
Cloch Housing Association is safe in the knowledge that their properties have a high standard of installation, therefore ensuring a minimum risk of faults arising and causing detriment to residents during periods of cold weather.
