C&K install door entry system to properties for one of Scotland’s largest social landlords
Campbell & Kennedy (C&K) was appointed by Morris & Spottiswood to deliver the installation of new access control systems to properties as part of a larger refurbishment project on Multi-dwelling units for River Clyde Homes.
C&K managed the whole project from site survey to installation as well as organising meetings with the various resident committees to ensure the project was delivered seamlessly and with minimum disruption to residents.
The system installed for the client was fully customisable to the needs of their residents/properties in terms of the number of handsets, whether or not to incorporate video, the lock release period etc. In addition, the installation ensures that if a user ‘damages’ or shorts the cables to the handset then only this handset will be affected, all other handsets will work independently.
C&Ks team successfully completed the installation on-time, on-spec and on-budget.
C&K’s team have the right attitude to ensure that all projects are delivered to a very high standard and all expectations are exceeded.
The new access control systems have given both the residents and property manager raised security and increased vandal proofing for a relatively low cost.
