We are pleased to announce that we have joined LHC’s Energy Efficiency and Refurbishment framework as an approved supplier.
After a competitive tender process, we were selected for the Energy Efficiency Installations workstream and will deliver renewable energy solutions for LHC members throughout Scotland.
Our energy team carries out solar PV and thermal installations and we are also the exclusive installers of a revolutionary hot water saving device. As of May this year, we have installed over 11 megawatts of solar PV across the UK, preventing the emission of more than 150,000 tonnes of CO2.
The new four-year framework, launched earlier this year, has been developed to provide an extensive range of energy efficiency measures for social housing, community buildings, schools and other publicly owned buildings. The framework consists of three workstreams – Energy Consultants and Project Management, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Measures and lastly, Energy Saving Measures and Refurbishment.
LHC has a deep-rooted commitment to the goals of the organisations they support and their frameworks have helped to simplify the tender process, saving clients and members around 350,000 hours every year.
We have been appointed to seven green energy frameworks in the past year, including Procurement for Scotland’s four-year Renewables and Energy Efficiency framework.
Jason Lowey, Head of Energy at Campbell & Kennedy commented “We are delighted to be appointed to the LHC solar framework and look forward to providing their members with a great return on their investment.
“We offer free energy performance reports and would like to invite LHC members to provide our team with a sample building to survey.”
LHC Director, John Skivington commented: “We are pleased to see Campbell & Kennedy appointed to our Energy Efficiency framework, as there has been are a strong demand for energy efficiency measures in all types of public sector buildings. The workstream Campbell and Kennedy will be servicing, allows us to offer local solutions for all project values.”
