What is (Satellite) Master Antenna Television?
Satellite Master Antenna Television is a distribution network that delivers digital satellite and digital terrestrial television, to multiple properties where the signals are converted to digital terrestrial format. This allows users access to a plethora of HD, 3D and Digital Television channels on Freeview TV for home entertainment.
MATV is as above without satellite channels.
Unlike an IRS network, there is no requirement to have the satellite set top box in the home.
