Do I need to get a satellite dish to watch freesat?Yes. freesat works in a similarly to other satellite broadcasters like Sky TV, which need a satellite dish to receive the channel signals. In fact if you have an old Sky dish on your building we may be able to re-use this to pick up your freesat channels. Can I watch my freesat channels in another room?Yes.To watch freesat in other rooms you will need to have a freesat box in each room you want to watch it, you will also need to have additional cables ran from the satellite dish which will require the installation of a Quad (4way) LNB or an Octo (8way) LNB to supply enough connections. Having multiple boxes installed in this way gives you the ability to watch different freesat stations in different rooms of your home.
