We are a customer focused organisation with experienced office and field staff. This experience comes from having spent 60 years in the Aerial and Satellite industry, listening to the constructive feedback from you, and acting upon it.
We have a dedicated customer services department in our business, to ensure that we have the ability to actively respond to your requests. Our aim is to deliver ‘exemplar customer service’ by listening to your needs and wants.
Through our relationship with BSKYB, we have increased visibility of our customers and we now have over 30 vans working all over the country 6 days a week. This means our people are out on the road talking to our customers and continuously feeding back the expectations and requirements of them to our customer services team.
Our customer service team are available to you to answer any questions that you may have regarding your installation. We will give best advice for YOU and point you in the right direction for whatever your situation requires. Our ‘can do’ attitude reflects this.
Our customer service focus is reflected throughout the commercial arm of the business, and our customer liaison process is second to none for in all aspects of resident liaison.
